An inspiring movie to watch

I was so glad that I watched the Hallmark movie last night based on the true story of Irena Sendler a Polish social worker who helped to rescue 2500 Jewish children from the Warsaw ghetto during WWII. It was sad for me to watch and still hard to believe the extent of evil that happened during that war. However, amidst that evil came stories of courage and sacrifice like Irena Sendler. I hope you can take the time to watch this movie or even read about it on the website. After watching the movie, I remembered the bible verse that says, "Do not grow weary in doing good for at the proper time you will reap a harvest if you do not give up." Because Irena did not give up so many lives were saved and touched. Thank you Hallmark for making a movie like this one.

I'll have to keep an eye out for that movie to play again on the Hallmark channel. We're always looking for quality family friendly movies. would you say it was appropriate for the kids?

No it is not okay for younger children to watch because it shows Nazi brutality. I would think it would be okay for teenagers to watch.
